Please note: Credit card payments can be made in Pounds Sterling, Euros or US dollars, but if using PayPal be sure to leave the currency in Pounds Sterling. PayPal chooses to convert the currency for you, so if you change the currency to US dollars or Euros the PayPal option disappears ... which can cause confusion!

Orders are normally despatched the same day if received before 4pm (UK time),
and the next weekday if placed after this.

If you change your mind after making your order:
when the CD pack arrives do not break the cellophane / shrink-wrap seal as this will invalidate your right to a refund. Simply return the CD pack, still sealed, using the protective box it arrives in, within 7 working days of receipt for a full refund. Enclose your name, address, invoice number and WorldPay transaction ID number. We will ensure that your credit card is refunded. Please note that you will need to pay the return postage.
